Tasked with reducing a $1M annual contractor budget, I designed and implemented a prioritization system that eliminated outside spend entirely—without disrupting output or morale across a 100+ person creative team that serviced 45,000+ staff.
When PwC faced mounting external contractor costs exceeding $1M annually, I was brought in to assess and optimize the situation—without compromising the quality or consistency of creative support across the organization.
By auditing contractor output and internal team capacity, I discovered that a significant volume of low-priority work had been outsourced unnecessarily. I designed and implemented a firmwide prioritization model, restructured project intake systems, and upskilled the in-house creative team to handle higher-impact work with greater efficiency and confidence.
The result: fully eliminated the $1M external spend, reallocated key workstreams internally, and elevated the morale and visibility of our 100+ person remote creative team across 19 offices. Senior leadership alignment was crucial—and successfully achieved—without disruption to the firm's workflow or client experience.
BCG asked me to reimagine a small presentation design group into a full-scale, in-house creative agency—one that could deliver strategic, visually impactful work at the pace of one of the world’s top consulting firms.
I led a full transformation across eight key areas: from creating a new org structure and job descriptions, launching recruiting and onboarding pipelines, building a proprietary project management system, redesigning team workflows, to branding the new agency internally and externally. The effort culminated in a custom digital workspace and creative hub designed to improve morale, visibility, and long-term talent retention.
In under a year, we more than doubled team size—from 35 to 70+—expanded job roles from 5 to 14, and introduced service areas that included AR/VR, digital design, and strategic storytelling. The impact was so significant, the model was replicated in BCG Europe and Asia. All of this happened without disrupting service to the fast-paced North America region, and with full buy-in from senior leadership across offices.
To reverse stagnant YouTube performance, I redesigned the content strategy and trained the team in performance-driven video production—cutting production time in half and doubling click-through rates.
FabFitFun’s YouTube channel had become a heavy lift with dwindling returns—video production timelines were long, viewership was down, and engagement was lagging. My role was to fix that—fast.
I led a full overhaul of the video strategy and creative workflow, introducing a performance-based content system aligned to clear metrics: view time, organic traffic, and click-through rates. I also worked directly with our video lead, coaching them on how to navigate leadership conversations, pitch the new approach, and secure buy-in. Simultaneously, I trained the team on how to read and interpret video analytics, empowering them to ideate and iterate more strategically.
The results were immediate: time-to-produce dropped by nearly 50% on key projects. View time rose by an average of 24%. Organic daily views jumped by 85%, and click-through rates surged 200%. Most importantly, the team gained confidence, leadership earned clarity, and our content began performing like never before.
